Adds OpenXLR, an OpenAction plugin for controlling Elgato XLR interfaces (Wave XLR Pro, XLR Dock, Wave XLR, MK.2) and the PipeWire submixer that ships with them, from OpenDeck: toggle keys with live state for every hardware switch and mute, and dial actions with touch panels (needle, value, live level meter, mute overlay) for gains, sends, and mix masters. Dials can hold a stack of targets cycled by tap or press.
